Faxed or e-mailed orders are required. Please specify quantity and EDP/Part numbers.
Minimum Orders
$25 for standard carbide stock items, $200 for special orders (Powder Not Included). Orders below $25 are subject to a $7.50 handling fee.
Standard Payment Terms
Overseas customers: Prepaid.
US customers: Net 30 Days, pending credit approval, past due after 30 days from billing date.
Freight
Freight is F.O.B. Origin. ZCC America offers daily service with FedEx and UPS. Shipments made Pre-Pay & Add on ZCC America FedEx or UPS accounts are subject to a $2.50 handling fee for domestic shipments and a $25.00 handling fee for international shipments. We are also happy to utilize any freight carrier when shipping on a collect or third-party account with no additional handling fee.
Return Policy
Standard items that ZCC America maintains in stock may be returned with a 5% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 2 months of original ship date in original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on non-stock items or special items.
